Receiving Listings
(The Amiga way)

If you haven't followed the PrevueCLI tutorial, then go back and do that. Otherwise, press on.

Once you've got listings set up, head back into your WinUAE window and press F12. You should get back the configuration window. Next, in the 'IO ports' tab, go to the Serial port dropdown and select TCP://0.0.0.0:1234.

Click OK and save the current settings as a configuration. After you've done this, navigate to the Configuration folder and edit the configuration with your text editor.

In the editor, look for the line starting with serial_port and change the IP (0.0.0.0) to 127.0.0.1. You can keep the port if you want. Save it and exit. Now go back to the emulation. You might have to restart WinUAE. Select the configuration file you made & edited in the Configuration tab and double-click to automatically start it. The Amiga should be starting again.

Now, head back over to your command prompt (if you haven't already closed it) and enter the following command:

  PrevueCLI send Test.prevuecommand

If done correctly, when you check your emulation, you should see the time change, the ER007 message disappear, and listings should start coming in.

And that should be it! You should now have listings.
