Considering there's a bunch of those who don't know how to setup a fully functional Prevue Guide emulation, I decided to do one myself. I am also going to try and include images to help describe what exactly you need to do and vice versa.
Please take into consideration that not only this is a major work-in-progress, but the following is fairly quick and dirty, so expect some confusion throughout.
Here's a list of things that you will need to set an emulation up. Note that this is just what I and many others use, so your mileage may vary depending on what program or OS you use:
