Based on the fella with the same name who runs a YouTube channel. I feel like I've had this idea years ago, but never did it because I was too dumb to use WorldEdit.

The character (Pan) was fairly easy to do, while the vehicle was a lot more difficult Initially, I couldn't find much reference for it, so I based it off of whatever I could find within his uploads.
