"pov: cat girl says that you are cool"

I said I should draw more characters for this month, and given that I haven't drawn Phoebe (character in pic) in a while, here's one of her for this month! (with more likely coming in the future)

I don't really like how the mouth turned out in this one, however so was every other attempt, so I gave it my best. pls cut me some slack.

(and Yea that font is Comic Sans)
