"Witch Phoebe"

I've seen a ton of people draw witches on my feeds, so here's my own contribution featuring a character of my own.

I couldn't really think of a good pose to draw at the time, so I just did the Classic “3/4 Standing” pose I almost always draw. I seriously need to get back into drawing more dynamic poses... or not.
