"Updates"

The unfortunate side effects of using current versions of Microsoft Windows. An end-user's worst nightmare, one might say.

I'm honestly a bit glad this newer computer I've been using since like, 2024, has not yelled at me once to lock in and perform an update immediately, unlike some of my experiences with Windows 10 (even 8.1).

It's either that or my machine is not functioning properly, in which case I would much prefer it like this rather than force upgrading my damn computer when I'm not looking at it.
