"Hell on Nerf"

second piece in one day? Yeah

attempted a lineless painted piece for this one, especially as I haven't done one for neither this nor last art fight.

as this was my first attempt at such a thing, it took about two days to complete. one day for the initial line art, then another for everything else. not counting procrastination, I would guess it took about twelve (or more) hours to complete.

the poses, colors, and overall theme were based on the box art to DOOM II. I felt it would be fitting as one of the reference images provided for Basinga had the character with a gun.

now, I wasn't entirely sure if weapons were allowed in art fight attacks, so I changed them to Nerf blasters. least now I could make the title a pun.

characters featured are “Bekzii” and “Bas” by bekzii and Basinga respectively.
